Here's a snapshot of what we're working on and what's new in our Asheville studio
Are you geared up for Summer Cycle, 2015? Maybe this route map will help get you in the spirit to ride your city! We illustrated and designed these maps to help get you from the summer cycle start downtown in Pack Square to the Highland Brewery Destination. Hosted by Asheville on Bikes and sponsored by Highland Brewing, New Belgium Brewing, and Friends of Connect Buncombe. Find more details about the ride HERE.
We've been hard at work designing the annual benefit auction catalog for this year's auction at The Penland School of Crafts. It is a weekend filled with silent and live auctions that showcase stunning work by artists and crafts people. The piece above by Christina Boy is titled Rib Bench, measures 18" x 56" x 16" and is made from ash, oak and stain. Christina shares, "Just as your ribcage rises and lowers with your breath, this bench flexes when sat on."
This year the Penland Auction is August 7-8 in Penland North Carolina. If you'd like more details about tickets or volunteer opportunities click HERE. Above is a leather longstitch book by 7 Ton's own Beth Schaible, also available at this year's auction.
Macaroons! Ribbon! Calligraphy! We'd love to be on the receiving end of these wedding favors for a wedding designed by Verge Events. Each macaroon box was tied in slate ribbon with an escort card with modern calligraphy.
We reprinted a letterpress printed hang tag job for Super Fun Yoga Pants. The varying bright colors correspond with the size of the pants and compliment the amazing patterns of the product. We love the debossed texture!
Here is a stack of some of the hot pink and cotton candy blue hang tags.
